RTO Incinerator
The regenerative thermal oxidation furnace (RTO) is mainly applied to deal with the low density and large air volume organic waste gas (VOC). Two-chamber and three-chamber structures are commonly used in RTO incinerator. When dealing with large air volume, it can also be designed into five-chamber, seven-chamber and other structures. Technical characteristics: Heating the organic waste gas up to 760℃, the VOC in the waste gas is oxidatively decomposed into CO2 and H2O in the oxidation chamber. The high temperature airflow which is generated by oxidation process has passes through a special ceramic regenerator, the ceramic regenerator is heated up to “heat storage” state, which is used for preheating the organic waste gas, thereby to save the fuel consumption of exhaust gas heating. Ceramic regenerator could be divided into two chambers (two or more). Each regenerator experiences heat storage, heat release, and clean process in turn. Aft...
