High clean direct combustion biomass hot air furnace


Biomass energy is the energy form of solar energy stored in biomass in the form of chemical energy, that is, biomass as the carrier energy. It directly or indirectly comes from the photosynthesis of green plants and can be converted to conventional solid, liquid and gaseous fuels. In order to actively implement energy conservation and emission reduction and develop circular economy, our company actively explores the research and development of biomass combustion equipment, combining the characteristics of our products and the status of crop straw resources in China. In 2007, the biomass hot blast stove was successfully developed, and the first biomass hot blast furnace in May 2009 was successfully debugged at United Lihua (Hefei) Co., Ltd., the annual digestion of biological straw was about 25 thousand tons, SO emission was zero, and greenhouse gas was reduced by 15 thousand tons per year.

The Gao Jie net direct combustion biomass hot stove is mainly composed of a combustion machine, a high temperature purification chamber, a mixing chamber and a control system. Its main characteristics are high hot air cleanliness, low running cost, and safe and convenient operation. The heating capacity of a single hot stove is 50~2000 kcal / h, and the maximum output temperature is about 1000 C. It can be connected to spray tower, rotary kiln, fluidized bed, air dryer, drying room, oven and other drying equipment to dry the product.

Technical characteristics:

(1) full combustion, no black smoke in hot air, clean operating environment, zero SO2 emission and environmental protection.

(2) hot air clean and high dust content of 30 ~ 120mg/Nm fand;

(3) thermal efficiency >95%;

(4) hot air temperature adjustment is convenient, adjustable below 1000 degrees, and continuous heating air temperature stability is + 5 degrees Celsius.

(5) the operation is convenient and the adjustment is very convenient.

(6) the safety of equipment is high and there is no danger of explosion.

(7) the equipment has strong durability, low running cost and simple maintenance.

(8) all hot air enters the drying plant, and the production process does not increase the discharge port.


Scope of application:

Daily chemicals: washing powder, 4A zeolite, layered sodium silicate, PAA and so on.

Ceramics: ceramic billet (Pao Guangzhuan), glaze, pottery, kaolin and so on.

Fertilizers: monophosphate, diammonium phosphate, potassium chloride, potassium sulfate, potassium magnesium sulfate, compound fertilizer, organic fertilizer, etc.

Chemical industry: potassium fluoride, dyes (activity, reduction), polyaluminum chloride, calcium chloride, ferric sulfate, Zinc Oxide, alumina, fluorite powder, etc.

Feed: distiller's grains, pellet feed, calcium hydrogen phosphate and other feed additives.

Water purifying agent: polyaluminum chloride, ferric sulfate, etc.

Building materials: quartz sand (glass), desulfurized gypsum, ceramic fiber, insulation board, insulation cotton, ultrafine powder, etc.

Environmental protection: black liquor (lignin), phosphogypsum, sludge drying, waste liquid treatment, solid waste and so on.

Other: rubber, silicone, acetylene bottles, paper mould, powder, coal, wood etc.
